About
I have decided there is not enough time in a day to do everything I would like to accomplish.
There are so many challenges to face, obstacles to overcome, games to play and monies to make - it’s a shame we wind up sleeping for a third of our lifetime.
For me, the solution to this problem came in the form of a polyphasic sleep schedule. Beginning April 8, 2008 I started the Everyman sleep schedule involving a core sleep of 3 hours from 3 a.m. and 6 a.m. and three 20 minute naps interspersed throughout the day. The schedule is designed to provide a person with all the sleep a person needs be fully rested, and alert and maintain peak levels of performance.
This blog is to share with you my experiences with the sleep schedule and the extra activities this extra time allows me to enjoy.
