I woke up at 6:00 am, but was extremely tired and nearly went back to sleep again. I was tired for the first two hours of the morning, but felt pretty good afterwards.

This morning I woke up after 3 hours of sleep and felt horrible. I decided to sleep in another hour, but either didn't have an alarm set or slept through it because didn't wake up until 8:oo (5 hrs sleep). On the positive side, I feel great!

Was pretty tired after waking up so took my first nap a little early (11:30) and my second nap a little late (8:40)since I am most awake during the middle of the day.
